Refund Policy
We aim to provide the best experience with every order.
We do not accept exchanges or refunds after delivery or collection. If there’s an issue with your flowers, please contact us the same day with an image for investigation. Refunds are not issued for change of mind once the flowers are with the courier.
Order cancellations must be made at least 3 days before delivery or pick-up.
Ensure the delivery address is correct, as we cannot refund orders with incorrect details.
For gift box products such as Artificial Teddy Bears, Preserved flower Bouquets and Newborn Baby gift packs, returns are accepted within 14 days if unused, in original packaging. We do not accept returns on used items.
Customers are responsible for return postage, unless the item is faulty.
